Hi team, What's happening on Fiverr? Many people are finding that their gigs are being flagged for serious rule violations. Fiverr's customer service hasn't been able to provide them with any solutions. In my case, I was a level 2 seller with a perfect success score of 10/10. But after the new leveling system was introduced, I discovered that my account was flagged for a serious violation. Now my account won't level up anymore. I've contacted customer service multiple times, but they keep giving me the same unhelpful answer. It says something about my location being inconsistent and being connected to another account that was suspended for violating Fiverr's terms of service. I don't really understand what this means. Now my account has been downgraded from level 2 to New seller, and the number of views on my gig is dropping quickly. Nobody is able to give me a proper answer. Could someone please tell me what will happen to my account?

First reply from Fiverr " I wanted to inform you that, Your account was flagged for being connected to another account that was disabled due to a violation of our policies."
2nd reply " After careful review, your account has been flagged due to location inconsistencies or other activities indicating a connection to violations of our Terms of Service. Consequently, your participation in Fiverr's level system is permanently restricted."
আমার প্রফাইলে সব কিছু ঠিক আছে।
আমি কখনো VPN ও ব্যাবহার করিনাই।
আমার এই আইডি কি বন্ধ হয়ে যাওয়ার কোন সম্ভাবনা আছে?
আমি এখন কি করবো? দয়া করে একটা রিপলাই দিয়েন।

আমার ও একই সমস্যা, কি দিয়ে কি বলতেছে ফাইভার কিছুই বুঝতেছি না। একবার বলে অন্য একাউন্টের সাথে কানেকশন ছিলো যা ফাইভার বন্ধ করে দিছে। আবার বলে লোকেশন নিয়ে কি ভায়োলেশন হইছে। আল্লাহ জানে আইডি থাকবে নাকি

আইডি কি চান্দের দেশে যাবে নাকি বুঝতেছি না। নতুন লেভেলিং সিস্টেম আসারবপরেই এমন একটা লেখা আসছে Account flagged You are not able to participate in the level system and have lost access to certain level benefits. Your account has been flagged for a severe violation of Fiverr policies As a result, you are not able to participate in the level system. সাপোর্ট এ যোগাযোগ করলাম তারা বললো " I wanted to inform you that, Your account was flagged for being connected to another account that was disabled due to a violation of our policies." এর দ্বারা তারা কি বুঝাইলো? আমার কি আগে কোন আইডি ছিলো নাকি কোন আইডির সাথে সম্পৃক্ততা ছিলো যেইটা বন্ধ হয়ে গেছে। আমি আগস্ট ২০২৩ এ এক সেলারকে ২ টা অর্ডার দিছিলাম আমার কাজের জন্যে। আমি ক্লারিফাই হওয়ার জন্যে সাপোর্টে আবার নক দেই জানার জন্যে। কিন্তু তারা এইবার অন্যরকম একটা রিপলাই দেয়। রিপ্লাই ছিলো এমন "After careful review, your account has been flagged due to location inconsistencies or other activities indicating a connection to violations of our Terms of Service. Consequently, your participation in Fiverr's level system is permanently restricted." এখন আবার লোকেশন ভায়োলেশন বলতেছে। কিন্তু আমি জীবনে কখনো ভিপিএন ব্যাবহার করিনা। আমি কিছুই বুঝতেছি না। দয়া করে সিনিয়র রা হেল্প করেন। আইডি কি এইটা থাকবে নাকি চান্দের দেশে যাবে?

আমি চার মাস হইছে ফাইবারে ডাটা এন্ট্রি নিয়ে কাজ করি। আমি লেভেল ওয়ান সেলার এবং লেভেল টু সেলার এর সকল শর্ত পূরণ হয়ে গেছে, ইনশা আল্লাহ অক্টোবর মাসের ১৫ তারিখে লেভেল টু হবো।
সমস্যা হচ্ছে আগে ডাটা এন্ট্রি লিখে ফাইবারে সার্চ দিলে আমার গিগ প্রথম পেজে দেখাইতো। কিন্তু ফাইবারের নতুন রেট চেঞ্জের কারনে আমি ২০ ডলার বেসিক রেট দেই। তখন থেকে দেখি আমার গিগ প্রথম পেজে নাই। ৫-৬ পেজে চলে গেছে। এখন ইম্প্রেশন এবং ক্লিক আসেনা। নতুন কোন বায়ার থেকে ওর্ডার ও পাচ্ছিনা। আগের বায়ারের কাজ করতেছি। আমি জানতে চাচ্ছি আমার গিগ কি আর প্রথম পেজে আসবেনা? বা লেভেল টু হলে কি গিগ আবার প্রথম পেজ আসতে পারে?
