Hello everyone, I have an issue with my Fiverr Seller's account. The level shown on my mobile device is different from the level shown on my laptop. I reached out to fiverr suport team 3 days ago but up until now, they have not responded. Is this normal?

I've been an experienced and dedicated seller on Fiverr for a while, but recently, I encountered a situation where a client canceled an order after a couple of revisions. This unfortunate incident has significantly impacted my Order completion rate, and despite completing subsequent orders within the specified time, it keeps dropping. I'm curious if any of you have experienced something similar and have any advice on how to restore and maintain a 100% Order completion rate.
