Hello i am a fiverr seller about to reach level 1, ny niche is web development. So recently i had a client who placed order and i worked as he was wishing the things to turn out, he was completely satisfied. So after that the hosting company *ionos* for my clients website locked his hosting account asking for some documents ( i had contacted them regarding the issue ), my client is now offline for past 6 days, so my question is, should i deliver the order *because i had completed my job* OR *should i wait for him to reply and help him unlock his account by guiding him and then deliver the order*. greetings, i am a wordpress developer on fiverr. i recently had a buyer asking me to create a website related to followers increase on social media platform, so as a seller am i allowed to create such websites for buyers, OR should i avoid it as it might violate terms and conditions of fiverr. please guide me .

As i said yes i had talked to buyer about that.(did not ask them to increase or manipulate the ratings). They said they want to change it. Can a buyer open ticket now to change ratings?

I just askem them is there any reason for a lower review, where did i go wrong in order to rectify any issues they faced with service. After that, they said they mistakenly pressed 4 stars , they were 1000% satisfied with service.

We were working on multiple orders, they were very pleased since the beginning. The text review they left was amazing but they said they pressed 4 stars instead of 5 by mistake. So can fiverr do anythung regarding this?
