I think you can do it like this: Create your gig in English as you normally would. Click on the "Edit" button next to your gig title. Select the "Add Translation" option. Choose Spanish from the list of available languages. Fiverr will automatically translate your gig title, description, FAQs, and price packages into Spanish. -

I think you can edit many times but best would be to take help of fiverr community support team. -
Maybe you are not follow the rules and regulations for posting a standard gig for your services.It seems that new gigs should be created, but the community should be contacted.

Better to contact customer support team. If you want to change your phone number: Log in > click your Profile Picture > My Settings > Phone Verification > Edit. Answer your security question > Provide your old phone number > Enter your new number.
