As we talk about the involvement of rate of conversion, isn't it unfair for a seller in few circumstances like I got 3 buyer messages yesterday, one of them changed his mind and no longer needed a video, while the other 2 were so low budget that they wanted the work of $xxx in $50. Why in that case our conversion is counted low, it's not our fault that buyer don't have enough budget.

What should we do in this case?

I suggest contacting Fiverr Support in this regard because there was some glitch in last days and same happened with me too but when I contacted Fiverr support, they resolved it as my gig was performing well at that time.

Immediately report this account. They are nothing else than SCAMMERS. 
Soon after such kind of stuff, people start sending files that open this and enter this code etc etc and then boom, everything is hacked.

And that can mean completely different things to different people. So if you see posts you don’t like, just ignore them and engage in the categories that you feel resonate with you.

But secondly: by participating in the forum you help shape it. So by all means, show people what you aspire this forum to be by example. 🙂

Thank you for your elaborative response. I am recently trying to be active here and have seen your responses often on the posts, so I thought it would be great to have your opinion on this.

Who won't agree with this? Obviously everyone knows that how much helpful this is.

Instead of asking such questions here, make the best use of this platform and help others by adding value, look where people need your help and how you can make an impact.

Oh I didn't knew that. I thought everyone is enjoying this feature like I have seen most of the people that I work with, having this badge.

Key to be successful in this is PRACTICE only. Just learning English won't help you out. Whatever you're reading, try to re-create it in your own words and then go through it. 
You can start talking to your near and dear ones by using small phrases and you'll definitely see the difference.
