I have a bunch of work that I want to display on my profile portfolio. is it necessary to ask the client first or should I just upload that work without asking them, will I be violating any rules if I upload without asking them?
Please guide me about this, thanks

Do Nothing, Never ask them to give feedback or something like that. Fiver does it for you and notifies them again and again to give feedback. If they don't give feedback it's their own choice.

yeah, I reported that message before contacting support, I don't want to disturb CS now, if that buyer cannot contact me I am fine with that no worries. CS has a lot of things to do

Everything went fine, buyer accepted the delivery and also gave me 5-star feedback, also I informed the situation to Customer support and they told me that I did right.
Everything has been fine till now, but when I go the message of that buyer, it shows that the buyer is no longer able to be contacted but the buyer is shown online. I think that the buyer can no longer message me.

The buyer understood it and agreed to stay on fiverr. Should I work with that buyer? or report ? Is there any threat to my account?

You should extend the delivery time, as you are saying that they do not want to cancel the order, you should not force them to cancel the order. You may lose a Repeat Buyer. Also has a bad effect on stats.
I was in the same similar condition one time, but at my time buyer agreed to cancel (they don't want to extend the delivery time.... buyer tried to scam me to do extra work after the order started but I said okay no issue I can write few more lines of code but they were not even extending delivery time), Now whenever I open order page on Fiverr, there is one order sitting in CANCELED portion.
Try not to cancel the order, it's good for you, extend some time, rest, and get back to work.

Believe me, it depends on gig optimization, I created my account in Nov 2022. But wasn't able to make gigs or focus on free-lancing due to educational issues.
But as soon as I completed my semester, when I got free I posted my gig with full seo optimizing (I am not good at making images but still), on the same day after 8 hours my first order arrived. (Alhumdulilah from that day I am still getting orders )
Make your gigs in Low competition, you will get the order.
Main Point: You should not be worried about the first order instead you should focus on the quality to provide when the first order arrives.
