Hi everyone, I received an email from Fiverr notifying me that a client had made comments directly on the videos I attached in the delivery. I opened Fiverr from my computer to see them, but none of the videos have comments; it's as if the client didn't make any... I understand that this is part of a collaboration tool? How can I access it to see the comments the client left? Thank you!

Wow! I'm really surprised to see that this is a common issue among several sellers. I actually thought it was just me because I've noticed a pretty significant drop in my messages/orders. I'm not really sure what's causing it, it seems like everything changed overnight. 😔
