I am a copywriter who specializes in writing emails and there are a lot of email copywriters like me here on Fiverr. Please, How can I stand out from them? How can I provide value to my customer? How can I be sure that what I'm offering is what they want and need? I need to look into the minds of my customers and know what they are thinking...any thoughts on how?

I advise you go check out the tips for sellers section here on the Fiverr forum. There are really amazing tips on what you should do and not do as a seller. To improve your impression, try editing your gig's title.
