    Hi, In my experience when we change whatever in our gig, Fiverr takes time to review our changes. I this period our gig impressions are getting low. When we compare image vs video thumbnails, the effect depends on your category. For example, if your category is whiteboard animations or video editing its better to use a video rather than a image. Always try to think from the customers' point of view. Good Luck!
