A client of mine has recently asked for a revision that is outside of the scope of the original order, so I need to charge an extra fee which he said he is happy to pay but I can't seem to find the option to add additional fees on the order anymore. the resolution centre only has the option of offering a refund or requesting a cancellation. Is it just me who can't find it? I hope that Fiverr hasn't removed this feature.
  3. If I get a rude or disrespectful buyer, I generally don't leave a review. I would hate to leave a dishonest 5 star review only to then find out they gave me a 1 star, and I would also hate to leave a 1 star only to find out that they put personal feelings aside and gave me a 5 star. So I just play it safe and don't leave a review. As far as I know, if you have a respectable amount of 5 star reviews that outshines a handful of low reviews you should be okay.
  4. Unfortunately spam and scammers are a constant presence on Fiverr for both new sellers and experienced ones. I'm a level 2 seller, I've been on Fiverr for about a year and a half now and I still get about 4 - 5 spam messages a day. Just have to be patient and wait for the genuine buyers. Tip: don't report them as spam straight away as this will affect your ratings, just set up a quick reply to send to the spam messages first and then report as spam, I used to report messages as soon as they came up and noticed my response rate drop significantly.
