That is the most logical reason for most seller to say that staying online is effective.

In my observation, most of the seller target US/UK/international (for Asian seller I'm talking about) based buyer, so they think it's beneficial to get order because of the time zone. Other then that most buyer knock those who are available online. that is also a reason for seller believe that being online is effective. also most buyer don't wait that much time for replying the seller. if they don't respond almost immediately they start to fishing other seller 

but I think there's no need to be online 24/7, specially not physically nowadays. you can have the fiverr app on your device. whenever there's notification, you can attend the conversation/start communicating with buyer. Meanwhile fiverr also show that you're online 24/7. You can do whatever you want to do on your pc/laptop.

I didn't choose sm as keyword, but only in title cause of the word limitation. but that's okay. but I feel really sorry for the client. though I couldn't lock a deal but it was a waste of time for him. more than that if he placed the order without msg me what would happened?

Sometime you search for a focus keyword about your required job but you found a wrong gig in that page. It's must be very disappointing for some buyer. I find myself in that place today as seller while communicating with a buyer. So I would like to know some of your experience as a seller and buyer like this.

Today I find out that my gig ranked totally in wrong category after a buyer knock me for a job. I thought he misspell sm to sms. So continued the conversation. After a few massage I got that, he's demanding totally wrong service from me. When I inform him he show me the category and said that, because of his keyword he thought the gig belong in this category. So he didn't check thoroughly and he was sorry for that. 

My gig is about sm(social media) marketing but it ranked in sms marketing category, and it's on first page. but there's sm marketing, where it didn't ranked at all. did these happen to anyone? In "sm account create" it ranked in this category. 

I think many buyer waste their time like this, because of wrong gig rank in wrong category. 

I tried to write social media but as we all know sometime it cause some errand to accept that. so I had to made some adjustment for my title. I'm not telling that it's bad for me but some buyer might find it disturbing. I'm open for some suggestions.

As I can see you're doing well as a new seller on fiverr. Let's fiverr AI do the job which they are doing pretty well I think and meanwhile you do the rest which you did until now for your gig marketing. there are many new seller who wants to rank their gig on first page, so it's pretty tough competition.

basically I didn't get it. it's a scam from the beginning when they asked you to contact outside of fiverr. even you want to contact with fiverr support they won't help you much more than block the scammer. but they will start again with another new account to another new seller.

anyway you can contact with fiverr support and mail them. but it won't help much.

In a way it's good for many sellers. But remember the scammer didn't go down because buyer request is gone from fiverr. They're still active on fiverr by giving spam massage to new seller who upload new gig and scam them. More then that some level seller isn't getting order.

You just joined fiverr last month but your pricing is much higher in comparison of other sellers. I'm not trying to demotivate you, but first you should reduce your price to attract buyers. There are plenty of sellers who are offering the same service with much lower price. Even your service is best quality but you should make strategy for getting order first.

I found many answers about this particular topic on fiverr forum. some says no problem, some says if fiverr found out there will be a problem and a chance of ban both account. There's some people who says they are handling more then one account with same Wi-Fi so there shouldn't be any trouble. 

Even I'm new on fiverr, but I think you should inform fiverr support before take any advice. Even if you TWO are from two different category, that will help both you in future if any question arose from fiverr.

[How Many People are facing problem for Gig Ranking?]

What to say, when my gig isn't ranking  well. Maybe it's fiverr AI algorithm and the competition is super though. As we all can see after 2020, a huge number of people join fiverr for searching  job. So it's not even that easy for some senior sellers. I recently notice in the forum there's some expert sellers who are even struggling for getting ORDER or their GIG isn't ranking like before.

No offend but nowadays cheap pricing doesn't attract quality/genuine buyer at all. They think the service will be worst or the seller isn't professional or not experienced enough. What should be the tips for these situations.

p.s. most of the time I get spam massages but not genuine buyer. is it for cheap pricing?

I totally agree with it. sometime it take sometime to response, I think buyer should give a chance to those who they contact, at least 1-2 hours.

We all know from this month fiverr deduct the option of buyer request. Many new seller is now in turmoil what to do? They thought it would be easier to establish as a freelancer in this platform will be really helpful. Now when this option is gone many are waiting for job request from buyer like for eternity and even getting fake buyer requests. So what is your thought about it.

[Got 10 Spam Messages Just Opened The Gig One Day Ago😢]

Everybody receive spam massage after publishing their first gig. If you reply them outside fiverr it'll be a long conversation. Recently one of my friend got this type massage and they wrote absolutely nonsense. Even he try to get the job outside marketplace but no luck. sometime they give you proper job but not payment, that's why it is risky to communicate outside marketplace specially for new seller.

let me share a interesting story.

One of my another friend got a spam massage and he communicate with buyer outside market place. They share job details and it was a 300 dollars project. As new seller it's a huge success so he agree to do it. When he has done 10% of job and give them sample they satisfied and instruct him to complete the project. My friend asked for payment method because he wanted to ensure about it. Then they told him to send 30 dollar for some bank charge or something tax. He told them if they are going to pay him 300 dollars for this project, then they can deduct the money from his payment. Not surprisingly they stopped replying him after that. God grace he asked it before sending the bank statements. IMAGINE the consequences if he send his payment info.

so it's not safe for new seller to seek job outside the marketplace unless they are sure about the client. rest is your wisdom.

It's not like all sellers are just waiting for order idle by just look on the screen.  You can't expect that. And how they practice or give their efforts to make better themselves from yesterday. when the competition is with your own it's so scary because  if you fail you'll let down yourself. This tech industry is updating daily so everyday is new learning day, every day you have to up-to-date. So don't judge everyone just in a jiffy.

now fiverr Buyer request is off, most of the new seller are confused and don't even understand what to do or how to get Buyer request? if the top seller and experts can give any suggestion for the new seller would Be great.
