  1. The views and clicks of my gigs keep fluctuating. So, they aren't any problem. The problem is that I am not getting any orders. Even haven't received any brief yet.

    Please suggest some tips to get orders.

  2. It's been almost five months, I haven't received any order since the order was cancelled. Impressions and clicks are not increasing since then. So, for a change, I made some changes to my gigs a week ago. But still, there is no change in impressions or clicks.

    If any of you have been through this, what did you do in this case? Any tips to increase impressions or clicks?

  3. A few clients (with or without reviews) asked for an update even before placing an order.

    Like they asked 'to complete first 8 or 5 then I will place an order.'

    How to handle these clients? Should I provide them with an update before placing an order? If not, then what to do?

  4. It's been 2 months of getting the order. After that, no direct messages and the only hope of buyer requests were gone.

    Please let me know if there are any changes needed in my gigs. So, I can change them according to the Buyer Briefs and buyer's demand.

    I recommend canceling this order. The alternative is getting a poor review, which will reduce your credibility with other potential buyers. You have 3 positive reviews, you are better off retaining this account.

    But, what about my hard work in completing the order? It will get wasted.

    If your work is truly substandard, I think the customer service will cancel the order. The buyer seems to want to cancel the order because it's beyond what you can handle instead of saying that your work can be revised.

    No, my work is not substandard. I have followed all the requirements of his. But still, I am ready to provide him with revisions. But, the problem is that he is not telling me about the corrections required.

    So, do you think it's better to contact customer support?

    Canceling an order means all my hard work is wasted.

    Because I have completed his work and I am ready to provide him with unlimited revisions. But he isn't telling me the errors that need to be corrected. Just saying 'There are still many errors' is clueless and I don't understand what to change.

  7. Recently, I got an order (from a buyer who has no previous reviews). I trusted him and sent him a custom offer (with unlimited revisions) and started doing an order.

    I have delivered the order, and now he is asking for revisions (without mentioning any requirements or errors, he wants).

    But, when I asked him about the errors (he is talking about them), he requested to cancel the order, stating that I am unable to handle the order and correct the errors.

    However, I have canceled the request. But, now I am worried about the order.

    What to do? How to handle this buyer?

    Would you be willing to elaborate? What about the feature concerns you?

    (I know you have a limited number of posts left, as a new forum member, so the more detailed you can be per post, the better we can help.)

    After Fiverr initiated Buyer Brief in the app by replacing buyer requests. It's getting me worried. How to work now? As buyer requests are only available on the desktop and I can't stay online always to keep track of buyer requests, which is frustrating.

    Secondly, what are the criteria of the buyer brief? Would Fiverr consider new sellers in Buyer Brief or just Level One or higher level sellers?

    P.S. Thanks for letting me know about the limited posts as a new forum member.

    There are lots of concerns about this topic and I suppose it's good to be worried about our business, it's our duty to be worried about it, isn't it?

    However, I'm sure that Fiverr has done multiple researches and has come to this conclusion after checking all of the possible outcomes:
    it's about their business after all and they are worried about it as much as we are about ours.

    If last year I invited you home, we ate a very good steak and we had a great time together, can you blame me (and question our relationship) because this time I have proposed to you a more traditional pasta and chickpeas, because in the meantime I've become a vegetarian? 🍲
    Yes, you can of course, but let's stick to the plan: to keep our business on the run! 😁

    Yes, I got it. Everyone improves with time as does Fiverr. There may be some reasons that Fiverr initiated this Buyer Brief.

    However, we as buyers have to continue what we are good at (that is selling our skills) to explore this platform more with time.

    Buyer Briefs are not limited to Seller Plus. It was limited to a few select sellers (Fiverr Help) but since this feature is replacing Buyer Requests (you can find all the news in the Forum!) I don't know if they are gradually implementing it to all the sellers.
    However, to verify if you have this feature and to manage it, you can follow this path (Web page):

    1. Login;
    2. On the top of the page, click on My Business;
    3. Select Gigs;
    4. On the top right of the page you should see Get briefs;
    5. You can enable/disable the feature and set your rate.

    Best,

    Michele

    Thanks, @trombonhero! I have already enabled the buyer brief feature and read the news in the forum. But still, I am worried about this buyer brief feature.

  11. Now, after the new feature of 'Buyer Brief' by Fiverr, what is the way to get matched and selected?

    Being a new seller, there was a satisfaction that one day there would be a response to buyer requests. But now what about this new feature of Buyer Brief (as I can't stay online on a laptop to send buyer requests for 24 hours)?

    Few days ago Fiverr updated their new system, from now on no buyer is unable to place an order without your consent and also you will not able to see buyer request, you will get notice when your gig matched.

    Will I get notice on app or on desktop?
