  1. Absolutely! Feel free to adjust your gig price and description. Just ensure that your price is competitive within the market and not significantly higher than your previous price, as your gig ranking is influenced by this price.
  2. It's been three years since I've been working on Fiverr. It's crucial to assess client behavior, as it can prevent financial loss and maintain your gig ranking. Clients often request samples or general information. Scammers can be found everywhere. If you have even a 5% doubt about a client, it's best not to work with them. Let me tell you a story: Last month, a client placed an order. Her behavior seemed suspicious, so I declined. However, she proceeded to place the order directly. I completed the work brilliantly, and she accepted it. I started to trust her. Then, she requested five ebook orders with a total price of $800. When I delivered the work this time, she canceled the order, blocked me without explanation, and pretended to be by mistake. Days later, she returned, claiming ignorance about the canceled order and the block. I asked her to reinstate the order to compensate for my significant loss, but she hasn't responded since. Since then, my gig has suffered a significant drop in ranking. @ana_tomy Fiverr needs to support honest sellers. Fiverr is my main source of income. This client's behavior has deeply affected me.
  3. As a seasoned Fiverr seller, I frequently encounter such situations. During the early stages of a gig on Fiverr, impressions and clicks exhibit certain behaviors. My advice is to remain active online, identify the most relevant keywords that potential clients may use to search for your services or even those used by your competitors. Craft an appealing description and utilize high-quality images or videos to showcase your gig. Seize small opportunities that arise, as they can significantly boost your gig's performance. Adhere to Fiverr's rules and maintain polite interactions with clients, even in challenging situations. By doing so, you will ultimately succeed. My assurance to you is genuine.
  4. I am Dr. Abu Huraira. I am experiencing a discrepancy with my Fiverr profile rating displayed in search results. While my actual rating stands at 4.8 stars, the search results are showing 4.6 stars, leaving me perplexed. I am uncertain about Fiverr's policy regarding this matter.
  5. I've noticed quite a bit on this platform. The score fluctuates based on your current stats. I've gone from 8 to 7, then back to 8, and back down to 7 again. It keeps changing, but there's nothing to worry about.
  6. I've noticed a lot of people voicing concerns about their Fiverr success score lately. Personally, I believe Fiverr is an excellent platform that's quite adept at managing its processes. Instead of criticizing, I think it's more productive to focus on how we can elevate our gig scores. This could involve enhancing communication skills or identifying the key factors that influence our scores. Could you please share your insights on how to improve our score?
  7. Some customers place orders solely to receive work from sellers and then cancel for any reason. It doesn't matter how well you perform or how many revisions you provide. While I greatly value Fiverr as a crucial source of income, I believe that allowing clients who cancel orders to leave reviews is detrimental. This practice not only impacts your earnings but also undermines the expertise and effort you've accumulated over the years.
  8. Yes, you can showcase the work you've delivered to clients on Fiverr in your portfolio. However, it's essential to respect client confidentiality and privacy. Before adding any work to your portfolio, seek permission from the client and ensure that it aligns with Fiverr's terms of service. Some clients may have specific preferences regarding the display of the work, so communication and consent are key to maintaining a positive professional relationship.
  9. Gigs may be temporarily removed from search results for two reasons. Firstly, if Fiverr's algorithm detects a high volume of orders in your queue, it may temporarily rotate your gig out of visibility. This is part of Fiverr's rotation policy. Secondly, if clients file complaints against you, Fiverr may impose temporary bans ranging from 2 months to a year, depending on the severity of the complaints, typically lasting 3-6 months in most cases.
  10. Consider optimizing your Fiverr profile by updating your description, skills, and portfolio to stand out. Actively engage in relevant Fiverr communities to network and promote your services. Offer introductory discounts to attract initial clients, and ensure your pricing reflects your skills and market competitiveness. Lastly, be patient and persistent; success on platforms like Fiverr often takes time to build.
  11. Welcome back to Fiverr! To resume selling your services effectively, update your profile with any new skills or achievements from the past year. Refresh your gig descriptions, thumbnails, and pricing to stay competitive. Leverage Fiverr's promotional tools and consider offering special discounts to attract initial attention. Lastly, engage with potential clients through prompt responses and maintain a positive online presence. Good luck!
  12. To boost clicks on your Fiverr gigs, optimize your title with keywords, craft a compelling description, use eye-catching thumbnails, set competitive prices, and promote your gigs through social media and other platforms
  13. Promptly respond to any messages, employing effective communication and emphasizing the quality of your service to secure orders. Remember that Fiverr primarily supports top-notch services.
  14. Select a title, keywords, and gig images that accurately depict your service. Analyze how other sellers offering similar services present themselves. Aim to remain active online. Promptly respond to any messages, employing effective communication and emphasizing the quality of your service to secure orders. Remember that Fiverr primarily supports top-notch services.
  15. Perhaps a buyer has provided negative feedback or raised a customer support complaint. Order cancellations can also be a factor. As Fiverr supports top sellers with impressive statistics, consider reaching out to support. If the mistake isn't significant, they may offer a solution.
  16. Zoya i'm going through exactly the same issue. Can you tell me how your issue was resolved. Thank You
  17. That's due to the algorithm of Fiverr. Fiverr doesn't want a level one seller or new seller to have so many orders in the queue, so there is a queue order restriction. After that number of orders, gigs go to the last page. Many suggested that it was due to bad reviews, and others suggested editing my gig. But after two days of my last order delivery, my gig was back on search with the same ranking. So don't trust what nonsense others are replying.
  18. Dear Eesha! I'm going through the same thing. My gig was removed from search after ten orders in queue. I have delivered all orders on time with a very good rating and no cancellation. Many people suggest this is due to poor client experience or such things. But that's not true. I'm searching for the exact reason behind it. Until now, I have observed hundreds of new or level one sellers going through this. That's due to a glitch on Fiverr. It will be resolved automatically. You don't need to change or edit your gig; otherwise, you will lose your gig rankings.
  19. Dear Arafat! How was your gig back on search? After completing orders or automatically restoring. Thank You Abu Huraira
