Plz go to fiverr account and click switch seller mode than click my business.you will see buyer request option after click on the buyer request option and sent offer to buyer easily Note :mobile are not allow to send buyer request now

my request to fiver team that,plz allow buyer request from mobile phone,if it is possiable. option 2 ;your kind infomation that you can visit fiverr forum to do just one thing plz go to your fiverr account than click three dot (...) option on your mobile phone and click desktop site option after you look desktop site and go to forum option.your problem will be solved i think

don't worry friend just carry on, you have to send buyer request and spend so much time on fiverr and fiverr forum -
you have to achive buyer trust by your gig .
