  1. I'm writing to express my concerns regarding the promoted gig feature on Fiverr. As you may know, this feature is available to sellers ranging from level 1 to top-rated. Previously, I was a level 2 seller and regularly received orders through this feature. However, due to the new level system, I lost my previous level status, making me ineligible for this feature. While I appreciate the one-month grace period Fiverr provided starting from March 14th, allowing me to continue using the promoted gig feature, I've noticed that my success score has been stuck at 4 for quite some time.

Despite consistently receiving new orders, delivering them promptly, and receiving five-star reviews from buyers, my success score hasn't increased to above 4. This situation is both frustrating and concerning because without a success score of 5, I won't be able to use the promoted gig feature, potentially impacting my sales and income. As Fiverr is my sole source of income, this prospect is quite distressing.

I would like to request that Fiverr consider allowing sellers who have lost their level status to use the promoted gig feature for several months to regain orders and potentially return to their previous level. This would greatly benefit freelancers like myself who rely on Fiverr for their livelihood.😥

  2. This is very sad that though I have 98-98% five-star ratings, the success score is only 4. Client satisfaction has a strong negative impact and order cancelation has a negative impact though all of the canceled orders were mutually cancelation and the CS recovered the OCR to 100% instantly. For these two things, I lost my level two and am now a level 0 seller. Though still I am getting 5-star ratings, the success score hasn't increased yet.
    What about your opinion?

  3. Have you noticed that the promoted gig feature is available only for level 1 sellers? (Note: I am a level 2 seller.)

My concern revolves around the fact that gig rotation can happen at any time, and despite it being the end of November, my gig remains on the last page for relevant keywords. During this time, the majority of my orders have come from promoted gigs. Although my success score was 4 last week, upon checking yesterday, it unexpectedly dropped to 3, despite receiving a 5-star review and several new orders within this period. I am unsure why this occurred. If my success score falls below 5, I risk dropping from level 2 to 0, losing access to the promoted gig feature. This would significantly impact my sales since my gig continues to linger on the last page due to gig rotation, despite consistently receiving positive reviews, new orders, and tips.

How can I strive to attain a higher level and secure new orders when my gig remains buried on the last page, especially considering the potential loss of the gig promotion feature if my level drops?

While I am content with the other parameters of the new level system, I urge for the promoted gig feature to be extended to sellers across all levels, from 0 to top-rated. Failing to do so will likely lead to detrimental consequences for many sellers.

  4. I have seen that the promoted gig feature would be available after any seller gets to level 1. Now my question is:
As I am currently a level 2 seller. But due to the drop of the success score below 5, if the success score would not be above 5 until March 14, then what happened? Would I lose this feature?
If it happened, it would be the worst scenario for any seller because you know it is very helpful for the sellers to get orders regularly.
and if the current level of the sellers dropped due to the success score, a massive number of sellers dropped their level and lost these benefits and it would make the sellers frustrated because the flow of the work would lost.

  5. I joined "seller plus" a couple of days ago, then I enabled the feature called "request to order" ( I have turned on this feature for all customers, all packages, all days, and 24 hours for all of my gigs). But a few hours ago I received a direct order from a customer & the order is currently active. My question is, as I have enabled this feature, why am I getting an order and the order started without my permission?
