    The same has happened to me. I was de-ranked after an order cancellation, I think the algorithms are structured in a way that it treats any cancellation as bad business hence the low number of impressions. At this point you can only try seeking new buyers from friends to purchase your service through fiverr and give you a good rating. Slowly your account will gain impressions and hopefully get back
