So, I got this buyer who I have personal contact with but I wanted to take the order through Fiverr to make payment safe. After her insistence that she has no one to help her do the task, I booked the order despite the fact that I didn't want to take the order. I returned the task in 24 hours as promised. She didn't respond to me during the day. Then 5-6 hours before her submission deadline, she requested some edits. I asked her to make a list of all changes so I can make all changes in one go. She said, "Ok, I will. I am waiting for my friend to review it." 3 hours later she comes back and tells me her deadline is in 15 minutes and I need to send the edited document which I never edited waiting for her to send all required changes! Then she asks me to send word doc as well. All this I am not home, and within 15 minutes! I could report her and get her account blocked, but will the funds be transferred to me if she is blocked? (Given I have submitted the task)... I want to report her behavior ASAP so the CS intervenes. She also made me work for 2 days instead of 24 hours as promised.

I am facing the same issue. It is probably a glitch with the App. Better to contact customer support.

Hi! I hope to get some useful guidance regarding Fiverr ID verification process. I have got a message to verify it within 15 days. But when I click on the link they send me, the camera icon is not there. After making hundreds of attempts it showed, but when I uploaded the selfie, it just closed and asked me to start the process all over. How should I go about resolving this issue? Can I use my friend's ID to verify my account? Can I use my friend's phone to verify my account? How can I reach out to fiverr team to get any help with this bug? Thank in advance for any guidance.

Hi So, I am a new seller on Fiverr and so far it is going good. But I faced a couple of issues today. 1) The buyer placed an order without discussing the issue with me first on my excel gig the price for which starts at just $5 for simple formulas. I tried all formulas on her task to find sum but her data was so complex that none of the formulas worked. If I cancel the order, my order completion rate will drop below 90%. Should I ask the buyer to cancel the order? 2) I got another buyer who wanted a dashboard. I followed all the steps she initially told me to. Upon completing the task, she kept requesting me to add more. And I just kept doing it in fear of getting a low rating. Basically she had no idea of how dashboards and stories function in Tableau. How to handle these type of buyers in the future? 3) I kept the prices initially low to get a few orders but I want to increase them now. Will editing my gigs to change prices affect my impressions? Before placing orders, many customers ask for Gmail, WhatsApp or some other form of contact to arrange a zoom meeting or to send some video contact or to explain requirements on call. How do you manage this issue given that sharing any form of contact is against the rules of Fiverr. So, a couple of questions: Can I share my Gmail with my customers? If I do, how many warnings will I be given by fiverr before blocking my account? Can I share zoom meeting link? Thanks in advance for your guidance.

It is normal for impressions to go up and down on Fiverr. But, if you are getting low impressions consistently, you need to reproduce your gig. It should contain as many highly searched words as you can add so you appear in the searches of the people. But don't keep editing your gig every other day, this will push you back speaking from personal experience.

"Fiverr is here to make money, not be fair." Isn't being fair part of a business? At least that is what I have been taught in my business school. Also, Fiverr has 2 customers, the buyers and the sellers. If it is not fair to both, it is to the detriment of Fiverr business model. But if hidden reviews work as you said, no one will dare to give buyer a negative review and Fiverr will be full of 5-star bad buyers, this will cause good sellers will leave Fiverr.

So, I started my Fiverr journey a month back. I got 4 orders in the first few weeks and then no order at all despite showing 100% rating in each. Also, I am expert at what I do and in dealing with customers. But then suddenly all the orders disappeared! No order in 2 weeks now despite my gig ranking on 1st page and getting 700-800 impressions a week. A friend of mine reported the exact same issue. What could be the possible reason?
