Fiverr ID verification issue

Hi!
I hope to get some useful guidance regarding Fiverr ID verification process. 
I have got a message to verify it within 15 days. But when I click on the link they send me, the camera icon is not there. 
After making hundreds of attempts it showed, but when I uploaded the selfie, it just closed and asked me to start the process all over. 
How should I go about resolving this issue?
Can I use my friend's ID to verify my account?

Can I use my friend's phone to verify my account?
How can I reach out to fiverr team to get any help with this bug?
