  1. Maybe you're noticing the drops cause you "changed the sub-catagory", I think that change resets the gigs position, as Fiverr doesn't share their algorithm so this is just my assumption and I have to evidence to back that up. The seller plus provides advanced analytics and some other benefits but I think the benefits doesn't include impressions and clicks. Have patience, I think you'll see changes soon.
  2. Contact support and explain the situation, they will investigate and give you a fair resolution.
  3. You can check here for answers: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/299502-not-getting-brief/
  4. As far as I know, From an individual seller account the seller should do the work and there's something called Fiverr team account where you can invite people to join your team and collaborate.
  5. Hi, Welcome! If you think someone can use your skills for their business or personal needs, You can create gigs on your seller account and start selling on Fiverr.
  6. Unfortunately nothing to do, As far as I know it’s gone forever.
  7. Do you have any gig that provides logo design services? You should check this with support, they’ll have the answer for this.
  8. I think around 15th of each month there's an evaluation and the system detects and upgrades profiles, I'm not sure if it's manually done or not but if you've met all requirements still you're not getting upgrade then it's best to contact support and find out why is this happening.
  9. If you're not getting clicks try changing gig images and if you're getting clicks but no order then you can try tweaking the gig title, images, description, prices etc.
  10. Same thing happening to me too which I think is just algorithm and performance. Keep delivering quality work and improve your gigs hopefully the stats will jump up soon.
  11. I think instead of searching and adapting to a certain skill for it's popularity, I would suggest to move forward with something you love doing because popularity of skills fluctuates from time to time and there is no constant skill that is and will be in high demands at all times. Polish your gigs, Use the best images and the right keyword, tags. Hopefully you will get orders soon.
  12. If you're getting clicks that means buyers are interested in your gig images but after clicking they might not be assured for some reason to move forward to order. The reason could be your description, prices, packages, etc. Try changing those in a way that buyers will have confidence ordering your gig.
  13. I would suggest waiting some time because the buyer might have sudden emergencies or some problem that might be causing the buyer not to reply but if the work requires the time that you're losing then reaching out to customer support will be a good idea.
  14. Completely agree and also it doesn’t affect the response rate so giving a manual response that relates to the message seems useful to me.
  15. Just let the buyer know that It's against the rules and that Fiverr has all the tools needed to communicate and there's no need to go outside the platform.
  16. I agree, Reloading pages pointlessly seems odd. I meant being online for work, talking to buyers, and reading blogs, and forums on Fiverr. I thought that might be good in terms of visibility and could get more opportunities.
  17. Both are great but I find myself always clicking on videos to check them, So I think it's more helpful than images.
  18. I would suggest picking a niche that has less competition and tailoring your gigs to that particular niche can help a lot.
  19. As soon as you deliver the order the timer stops unless the buyer requests for a revision or mark it complete. If the buyer doesn’t respond for 3 days from the delivery then the order is marked auto completed. Please read this Delivering an order
  20. Sorry again for not being mindful that Fiverr doesn't share their statistics, My statement was my opinion only so please enjoy your supper and please don't worry about searching mentioned threads. (if it's to show me) Thank you very much for responding and sharing what you know. Take care!
  21. Sorry, I don't have any sources to show to prove my statement. I think the purpose of that filter is to find sellers that are available at the moment, I personally used that myself before but I might be wrong.
  22. A lot of buyers utilize the online seller filter (i.e. Sellers that want their work done urgently or want to consult within a short time) I know being online 24/7 sounds too much but I have to disagree with that statement and it's quite difficult speaking on behalf of 99.99% of users, how they use Fiverr. As I'm not a Fiverr official, anyone who wants a resolution on this can contact the support team and I believe they can answer this better than I.
  23. Update for anyone who also wants a resolution on this topic, I contacted support and they did let me know that "This service is allowed as long as you are editing files that are not legal or official documents because that is not allowed." Hope it helps!
  24. Even if there are millions of sellers if the gig is active it will appear on the search and the gig might be very far behind or ahead which is completely another subject that depends on the type of services the seller is providing, There are some service niche that has 22000 sellers and when filtered out on certain times it goes down to 2000. So I think if a buyer filters online search and the seller is online then it will increase their chance for impressions and clicks. How much difference will it make is depending on a lot of factors such as; Gig performance Order cancellations Bad reviews Average response Rate, etc. I'm not a Fiverr official, it seems pretty self-explanatory to me but it will be best to contact Fiverr Support Team for Fact checking. Have a great day!
  25. When a buyer is searching for something and after the search filters Online Sellers then if you are not online then your gig will not show there, I think that's the advantage, So it somewhat helps to stay online I think.
