  2. Be active when you're actually doing something on the site (like creating or editing gigs, or checking out your competitors, or doing orders, or responding to messages). When you have nothing useful to do on the site, do something useful somewhere else.
  3. The Auto Reply message does not substitute a direct reply message. If you don't respond to the buyer within 24 hours from when they sent their message, your Inbox Response Rate will be affected. Remember to make sure to go back and manually answer your messages as soon as you’re available. Don’t worry, it will be marked as Unread in your Inbox so that you don’t miss the message. The above is from Fiverr Help, you can read the full article here, https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/10092069817617-Set-up-your-Auto-Reply?segment=seller
  4. Though you are seeking help from some specialist, I am not on that list. But I think this may help you, Gig rotation is not an official thing and is just an assumption from forum users. It might be days, weeks, or months. [By @mariashtelle1, June 30, 2021] Though it's mentioned in the help at: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360011028318-Managing-your-Gigs [By @uk1000 , July 6, 2021]. There is no set ranking or position in the Fiverr search system. As a result, gigs move around frequently, according to a wide variety of factors. Every user will see different search results, so your gig might show up on page one for one user, and page 13 for another. It all depends upon how well your gig matches to the algorithm's determination of your gig's solution to any searcher's needs. Because of this search format, you are best not worrying about where you see your gig in the results.... What you see, is not what everyone else sees. [By @jonbaas , July 6, 2021].

  9. How can I get my Gig ranked higher? Promoting your gigs on social media, websites, or blogs is a great way to bring more traffic to your gig. The more traffic, the more exposure you will receive in our marketplace. Completing your orders on time and providing exceptional service can also affect your ranking. As long as you are doing well in these areas, your ranking will improve. The above is from the Help Centre.
  10. There are many factors to take into consideration, some of which may include: Order cancellations Delivery rate Responsiveness The particular Gig’s maximum number of active orders in the queue, as based on your seller level. Other Gigs performing at a higher rate. If other sellers are ranked higher, they may be consistently getting 5-star feedback, delivering on time, communicating quicker, and so on. It all counts. For this reason, ensure that you provide high-quality and original work, avoid late deliveries and cancellations, are responsive, and always remain professional. The above is from the Help Centre. 11. You should read these articles to improve your overall performance,
  12. When you become a seller on Fiverr, Fiverr recommends that, initially, you create only one Gig and focus your time and effort on that one service. Once your initial Gig has generated positive customer feedback and you have had multiple sales, you should consider creating more Gigs. For more details, you can read this article, https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360011421218-Gig-policies.
  13. As Fiverr didn't announce anything regarding this issue yet, you can contact them directly through this link to get the solution immediately, https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/. Thanks.
  14. You can read all about fiverr levels right here: https://www.fiverr.com/levels.
  15. If you want to say 'thanks', or 'Congratulation', you need to be using the emojis / reactions that are available. Have a bit of common sense please! You must only be concerned about getting forum badges rather than adding any value to this board. I'm lost for words! [ @breals]

  17. I think, promoting gigs on social media, blogs and websites is more efficient if you have adequate relevant traffic or audience (followers, members or visitors) which may be interested with the kind of service you provide. Now, that will ensure more traffic to your gigs, hence increasing the chance of you receiving more orders and clients. Answered by @danielfoleni, 13 Nov, 2022.
  18. Hi - I can see that you spent some time putting things together. Which says a lot since you only started last month. Your account is fairly new, so it might take some time before you start seeing inquiries and getting orders. What I would like to see more of are samples! Please include more samples of your work! Add a video for each one. Please add examples of your work to show off all of your skill. Take advantage of the 3 images and 2 PDFs that you can add to your gallery. You can include many samples in the PDF and videos. Before I had any orders or reviews, my portfolio was the only reason why my buyers were ordering from me. This part is from @vickieito's answer.
  19. I don’t think that buyers know when your gig was created. They know when was your last delivery, but if you didn’t have any deliveries so far, that they might assume that you have a new gig that was made recently. I’d say it’s nothing to worry about too much, although that might depend on how much recently you created the gig. My first order was 4 months after I created the gig. Although I did have some people messaging me without ordering anything. You can sometime see that last delivery was 1 or 2 months ago, and that might scare people, misleading them to think the seller is not very active. Which is why I should think that the profile should say when was the last time a seller logged in. A seller who was active 12 hours ago is probably active, even if their last delivery was 2 months ago. A seller who last logged in 12 months ago, has possibly gave up. 20. No, it does not help. The favorite feature is created as a bookmark or wishlist for buyers. Having a lot of people favorite your gig without having any interest in ever purchasing it is not going to help you. Fiverr is not some game or get-rich-quick scheme where you can find a flaw to exploit to gain more sales. It is a business marketplace, so you have to offer something that buyers would like to buy and use effective marketing techniques to attract them. Answered by Vibronx in August 23, 2020.
