You failed this test…so you wait for 92 days. Did you contact support? Maybe they can solve the issue. Explain your problem and offer the solution you want. It is worth a try.

It has something to do with your seller level. If you are a level 1 seller, those requests are much longer visible for you. If you do not have a level, yet and enough level 1 or higher sellers have sent an offer, the request will quickly disappear. Until you reach at least level one seller! No level sellers can see Buyer Requests.

You can submit a ticket.

As you may know, to get your Gig approved for promotion, it has to meet the following criteria: You are a Level 1, Level 2, or Top Rated or Pro seller. Your Gig scores are 4.7 in the public rating. Your Gig has at least 20 reviews. Pro Gigs require only 5 reviews. You meet additional quality metrics. Don’t worry though, the eligibility is checked daily and once you reach the minimum metrics you will be notified that the Gig can be promoted.
