  3. That is the reason I have closed all my freelancing profiles and focusing on my own website doing PPC and SEO I hope I get orders and we don't need to pay to a middle person.
  4. You're right, I also lost my time and money here, and now I'm working on my website and offering services to clients we are not secure here, Upwork is something better than Fiverr but we can rely on these platforms.
  5. Freelancers are now avoiding join the Fiverr community and prefer to join Upwork or their own website. I was a seller on Fiverr and worked for 8 years, my first account was disabled after 4 years and I created Fiverr again and read the terms and conditions carefully I got some jobs and after 4 years of struggle I got a level 2 badge, everything was good I maintain 4.8-star rating and my clients extremely satisfied with my work but suddenly Fiverr flagged my account. The reason was that I joined the Fiverr Community again. this is nonsense if it is not allowed they shouldn't allowed to join or at least inform the seller after 1 order or after a month. The customer support team says you can still share your gigs with clients and get orders. this is a very nonsense response from Fiverr. even though we can share our services directly with our clients so why do we pay 20% to Fiverr even though they are not providing any services like gig ranking, participation in the level system, and not even a brief match. I have started to write against this matter on Fiverr, Trustpilot, quora, medium, and other platforms. As a freelancer, I lost my time and money.

  7. I'm bearing the same issues and trying to ask a few questions to customer care. but the support team sent the same answer and then marked it as resolved. Here are my questions. 1. Does it lead to account suspension in the feature? 2. Can I still get a brief? 3. Can I maintain the gig visibility in the Fiver search? Waiting for your feedback. Thank you.

I got the first reply that was "Location inconsistencies" Now you can see the final email im associated with another account which was ban 4 year ago. Your account was flagged for being connected to another account that was disabled due to violating our policies. Users may only create and use one active account to purchase or offer services at any given point in time. Please refer to our Community Standards for additional information. Please be advised that this was reviewed manually, and the decision is final and can't be changed by Customer Support. This means that you are not eligible to take part in the levels system. I know that is not the case but I'm 100% sure I didn't log in from any suspicious location I moved to another city after that my account was flagged. and the support team continuously reply with this email "After careful review, your account has been flagged due to activities indicating a connection to violations of our Terms of Service or suspicious location patterns. Consequently, your participation in Fiverr's level system is restricted. You can still share your Gigs with potential buyers, and they can place orders with you." I know these are AI-generated messages not "HUMAN" and they don't want to help us.
  10. When you move to another city it's "TOS VIOLATION" The same thing happened to me. It is very sad. Fiverr should reconsider this.
