  1. First of all, your gig's impression is not enough. Please research on Fiverr and try to optimize your gig. Also, try to promote your gigs on social media. Secondly, if the impression is high & and still you don't get any clicks, then you'll have to change your gig images. Use eye-catching images that attract buyers. I think this will help to improve your gig's impression & and clicks.
  2. Hello, I am a level 2 seller on Fiverr. I am working on graphics design. I was chosen for the "Promoted Gig" feature quite some time ago. But I haven't used my promoted gig feature in a long time because if I make it unqualified, the gig will drop out of the rank.😶 However, I later turned it on, but after doing so, my orders were dropped. Anyway, then I edit my gig, and slowly the gig starts ranking well. Everything was going well, but at the end of November last year, I was suddenly disqualified from the Promoted Gig feature.😑 I talked to customer support. They told me I needed to meet some requirements for the Promoted Gig feature. But I had everything filled up in it. Only this one point do they make: "You meet additional quality metrics." Which can only be seen by Fiverr.😒 Anyway, two days later, the Promoted feature on my gig was turned back on, and four days later, it was turned off again. I talked to customer support again, but they said the same thing. Then for 2 months, my gig was not in rank, and there was no order.😭 After two months, on the 31st of last month, the promoted feature was turned on again. I also turned it on, and Gig started to rank again. If you search by typing "stationery," my gig would be at the top of page 1. The orders arrived well within 7 days. But on February 8, they made me unqualified again. I can't find my gig after searching for it for 20 pages.😓 Now I want to know why it suddenly becomes unqualified again and again for the promoted feature. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have any solution for this? Thanks in advance 🙂
  3. Hello, Is this a new feature? Is this for a specific person? I couldn't find how to add it to my gig. If anyone knows more about it, please share. Thanks
  4. Thanks a lot. Can you tell me how can I set the CPC cap? I think my title and tags are good at this moment, as it's showing in the gig performance.
  5. Hello, I am really confused about my promoted gig feature. I don't know if this is working or not.😐 I turned on the promoted gig feature about 3–4 months ago, and since then, I have gotten only 1 order from that.😔 My well-known brothers are getting a lot of orders through this feature. But I am not getting any orders from it. I don't know why. All the orders that I got were normal ones, not from the promoted ad.☹️ Is there anyone who is facing this same problem? And, more importantly, does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance💗
  6. If your gig impression is good, that means your gig title and description is good enough. If your click is not good enough, then try to use some eye-catchy images that attracts everyone. And if your clicks are good and still not getting any order, try to update the pricing.
  7. Don't only depend on the buyer's request for getting orders. Try to update your gig if you are not getting any orders. Try to use unique keywords and tags in the title, description, and tag section. On your gig, use eye-catching images.
  8. No, I think. because you didn't get the requirements that you want. So I think this will not rank down your gig if you contact with Fiverr support.
  9. In that case, you can contact Fiverr support if the buyer didn't send you all the requirements that you want.
  10. Hello, At first, you need to use unique keywords on title and description. Also use unique tags on the tag section. Write a creative description that suits your service. Use a eye catchy picture for your gig that attracts everyone.
  11. Hello, Try to use unique keywords on your title and in the description. Use a good picture in your gig that attracts buyers. Share your gigs on some platform where the buyers can purchase your service.
  12. Clear your browser cookies and cache files.
  13. The tag you have entered is too much long. Fiverr don't allow long keyword. Try a short keyword.
  14. Bro, First, you need to think as a buyer. There is a lot of seller in the Fiverr marketplace. As a buyer, everyone wants the best service from here. So you need to make yourself the best of all. You need to prove to yourself that you're the perfect one for his needs. You need to write a perfect title and description. You need to upload a good gig image. And also you need to provide your service at a reasonable price. Then you need to check your gig impression and clicks. If the impression is strong, that means your gig is visible and watched by lots of people every day. If your gig's clicks are good, buyers are visiting your gig. If you will still not get any knock from any buyer, that means your description or pricing is not okay. So try to update these things. Thanks.
