    I am working as a Company. I'm also exptecting more functionlities to handle multiple projects properly. Hopefully one day Fiverr will introduce better solutions for us.

    To be honest, I post this as an encouragement for everyone to never give up. Freelancing can be tough, it definitely has its challenges, but it's also very fulfilling.  So, work hard, understand that you will make mistakes, deal with cancellations, it's a part of the journey.

    Its strictly prohibited to communicate outside Fiverr. If any buyer asked you to communicate through zoom or meeting link, you can ask buyer to upgrade their account to Fiverr Business Client. Fiverr allows Zoom call for the Business client from Fiverr Platform.

    I just found the quick search. But it is not what we expected. This quick search is helpful, but it is not help for searching message from a chat history.

    Few days ago, one of my regular client confirm a project which was discussed almost 1.5yrs ago. I tried to scroll message, and my browser was hanged while scrolling. After trying several times, i found the message 1.5yrs ago. So it will be easy, if we can find a specific message/word from a special buyer chat history or overall chat history.

    May be buyer worried, if you delivered it will be automatically completed within 3 days. Thats why he/she is just sending you revision. So be positive, hope buyer will back soon and you can complete the order.

    Meanwhile you can send message to confirm if everything ok, then you will deliver the order.

    Please keep patience and wait for buyer's further response. I can remember, I delivered an order which was almost 6 month late. Sometimes, buyer's are on vacation or traveling for a long time. So you can wait until you get proper response from the buyer. You can extend delivery date later and delivery the order when everything is ok.

    It may very well be that there’s not a good way to make that kind of work-life balance work on Fiverr - and if that’s the case, then that’s all good too! There are platforms to suit everyone’s needs and niche these days and it might just be that Fiverr isn’t one to pursue for me.

    Hello.

    I have my own Agency with a complete development team. So I must have to maintain weekly holidays, govt. holidays, and team personal leaves. And in our country Friday is our weekly holiday. So its really hard for me to manage order deadline. But I always try to take extra time for orders which are lengthy. For the small tasks, I need to manage in another ways.

    But the really is, personally I need to active most the time at office and home. And also need to communicate with buyer's everyday. So if you think as a Freelancer we have no holiday😞. We need to be active always on Freelancing Marketplace to keep Good Rating/Rank.

    Fiverr Customer Support Team always available to give us great support. So feel free to contact them if you have any issues. They will try to solve it asap. I always try to create tickets when I have issues with order or payment. And I got proper response and supports from Fiverr Customer Support Team.

    I hope all of you are doing well.

    I am working on Fiverr Platform last several years. I also used other Freelancing Marketplaces. I think Fiverr Features, UI/UX is the #1 of the whole Freelancing Marketplaces. Its really easy to manage own account as a Buyer/Seller. Also it's very easy to communicate each other through Messages. Recent Order Page is one of the biggest updates on Fiverr, which help us to manage Order easily than before.

    Today I have 2 suggestions as a Seller. I think it will be helpful for the most of the Sellers.

    1. Buyer/Seller Full Name: As we know on messages/order page, we can see buyer/seller username which is not actual name. It will be best if we can see buyer/seller Full Name on Message or Order Page. It will also help us to search by real name on Message page.

    2. Message Search: I know we have a search feature on Message Page, but it only search buyer/seller user name. But as we are working long time, we have several repeated buyers, so we need to chat regularly. There are lots of chat messages for a single buyer. So it will be best if we can search chat message from Message Page. It will be very helpful for us to manage client request/discussion/tasks on chat.

    Please let me know if anyone also feel these features will help us to manage buyer/seller and our conversation.
