    I updated all of my gigs, and I just test again, its working properly here.

    Can you please try on another gig? It should work if you choose proper values from Customer Type, Packages, Days & Time.

    PS1. Guys, there is a catch. You have to set a time frame, and it maxes out at 12.00 am to 11.00pm.

    So this is not effective for a single hour. Thoughts on this?

     

    PS2. It doesn't seem to work. I applied it on my audio editing gig and everything seems like before even when I go to the gig in incognito mode. I see in @coder71's screenshot that 'continue' turns into 'request order'. For me, it stayed the same. There's a glitch.

    Did you choose proper Day and Time?

    Yesterday I activated this features, and it was working properly.

    I found one issue, there was a gap of 1hr. Suppose I choose starting time 12AM, and ending time 11PM, so within 11PM-12AM, this function will not working. Hopefully Fiverr will solve this issue soon.

  7. Dream come true.

    Finally Fiverr has brought us this option "Request to order". Now buyer will request seller to place an order. Currently this option is given only for Seller Plus.

    You can turn this option on by editing your gig. You can turn on instant order or request to order if you want.

    When you turn on request to order, you can select many more options. You can select new or all buyers, package, date and time you want to keep this option.

    Turning on this option will show "Request to Order" in your gig and the buyer will discuss the requirements with you and place the order.

    If you check your profile you can find Order Completion Rate, and in your gig list you can find Cancellation Rate. Recenly i canceled few orders. My current Order Completion Rate is 100% (Customer Service Team Fixed the Rate), but Cancellation Rate is high (Gig list page).

    I asked, but most of the time they fixed the order completion rate told me that it will not affect my rating. But didnt get proper response about cancellation rate.

    In real life, due to cancelation rating, impression also goes down 😞

  11. We are aware that Order Completion Rate has an impact on our Profile Ranking. Additionally, a higher Order Cancellation Rate will result in a lower Order Completion Rate.

    Sometimes the Buyer ordered without consulting and requested more work that wasn't specified in the gig. Therefore, we need to cancel the order. We must cancel the order for yet another reason, when the Buyer changed his/her mind.

    We can get in touch with the Fiverr Customer Support Team, who will typically review our order and fix the Order Completion Rate. But the rate of Order Cancellations is steadily rising.

    Is anyone aware of the impact of the Cancellation Rate on Profile Ranking?

    If so, how can we adjust the Cancellation Rate so that it is similar to the Order Completion Rate?

    Actually, TRS is a manual process. After completing all requirements, Fiverr will manually evaluate your profile and give you TRS Badge. I completed all requirements within 6 months, and I had to wait 2yrs+ more to achieve the dream badge.

    So keep trust on you and keep good work. Hope you will get the badge soon.

    There was this old thread the other day that I came across that they used Fiverr --> Payoneer (USD)--> Wise (USD) --> own bank account (this is only when it gets converted to your bank currency). I understood why OP did it but you definitely do save on the currency conversions because Wise is great at that. I can see the benefits of the Paypal route though, its much faster and which is what I've been using. But I see how you can get a bit more with the route mentioned above. I understand that arrangement may not be available to all countries, but I noticed a lot of write-ups have suggested that route as well.

    I know you US based sellers are having a swell time getting it direct to bank account! Hahaha, any of you guys still use Paypal there?

    I always used Fiverr -> Payoneer -> Bank.

    Usually I withdraw to Payoneer and transfer to Bank before 12AM. And within Next Day 6PM, I receive my fund in my Bank Account. Very easy to use. I know some conversion issue. But I can forget that loss because of Payoneer Fast and Easy process.
