  1. Important update. After several back-and-forth responses from different support center tickets, finally, one of them gave me the answer I was looking for. The platform automatically pauses services when a seller has numerous orders in queue, although they didn't specify the exact number that triggers the pause. Currently, I have around 16-18 orders in queue.

    I've had a similar problem with some of my gigs being visible to me (not all).
    - Can you find your gig if you are logged out/on another profile?

    - Are your promoted gigs turned on?

    When I queried why 2 of my gigs were not appearing to me (even if I filter everything, not searching. It is as though I do not exist on the platform in those categories), CS said it is because I have my promoted gigs turned on and promotions will not work on me. I pointed out that promoted gigs are turned on on my other gigs and they appear fine, and if I turn promotions off the gigs do not appear. Additionally, promotions work by pushing your gigs to the top of the page/to the first page, your gig shouldn't dissappear if they aren't on. But this was a back and forth that took so much time to continuously explain to CS, who kept changing agents who wouldn't read the thread and I would have to keep repeating myself and they would purposefully misunderstand because they clearly didn't want to admit there was a problem, that I just gave up.

    @egaylord I can't find my gig if I am logged out, even navigating in Incognito mode. It is simply disappeared from all result pages. And yes, my gig is currently promoted. I can promote 5 gigs, but I am currently promoting only this one.

    It might be that some person rated you poorly when it comes to private ratings. I had only 5 star reviews for months in a row, and when dealing with a similar issue, my success manager from Fiverr said that my buyer satisfaction rate (shared privately at that time) was quite low. She also told me that even if someone gives you max rating publicly, they can still leave a bad review privately. Also, some people ignore private reviews and if someone leaves a bad private review, that can have a lot of negative impact on your gig.

    @donnovan86 I contacted my success manager about this yesterday, but have not yet received a reply. Even if I had received negative private feedback, why can't I see my performance on any of the search results pages? This public/private feedback system is totally embarrassing. For the 1k reviews I have for my main gig, probably only 1-2% of them have given private feedback 😞

  3. Hello everyone. I was a level 2 seller until March 14th (now I am a level 1 seller with SS of 6). I am writing regarding a problem with the visibility of my main GIG, which is the investor ready business plan service. Over the past few weeks, and generally speaking, I have always had an excellent volume of business and I regularly check the positioning of my GIG compared to competitors in the same category from the browser. In the last year I have always been on the first page, if not in the last two years. As of Thursday afternoon (the day of the judging), when I checked, I saw that my GIG had completely disappeared from the search results. I made several attempts, disabling all browser extensions, clearing cache, history, etc., but my main gig, the investor ready business plan service with 2k+ completed orders and a rating of 4.983, magically disappeared from all search results.

    Of course, I would like to say that I have never received a warning or canceled an order in the last 6 months. My primary gig has a SS of 6 (even in this case, I will never understand this. Another gig of mine has a SS of 8, with 5 reviews with an average rating of 4.6, and my primary gig has 1,083 reviews with an average rating of 4.983, lol)

    I was wondering if it probably disappeared because I already have about 18 queued orders and NOW I am a level 1 seller. Reading this help page: https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/4599361153809-Can-t-find-your-Gig, I see this sentence that probably explains something, but it's a little vague and doesn't provide any limits. I've written to my Success Manager (she's currently disappeared like my gig) and to the Support Center, but they continue to send me random robotic responses that don't help at all. Has anyone had the same experience as me? Is there any way to fix and resolve this issue? Thanks and best wishes.

  4. I want to join this discussion to say that I too, actually, in the very last few days, am no longer receiving messages. I am a professional business planner, a level 2 seller, with over 950 reviews on my main cycle. Exploring the business planning category, I notice that my gig is positioned very high, but in the last week, I have received perhaps only 3-4 messages from new potential clients. I believe the cause of this may also be due to the fact that we are in the Christmas period, so many potential clients may not be active or operational. I hope I am mistaken and that my gig has not had a decrease in its performance

  5. From my perspective, having been on this platform for countless years, this is hardly a win-win buyer-seller strategy. With this approach, not only does the seller see his earnings spread out, but there's also the possibility that the buyer will extend the review period to 5 days. If the seller is unavailable from the fourth day (maybe even until the eighth day) and then the buyer requests a revision on the sixth day, the seller won't be able to provide a timely revision. This will undoubtedly lower the average buyer satisfaction.

    Besides, I believe that the revision system was already adequate. If the buyer needs more time to review an order, they can simply request a revision, which ensures that the order remains open and prevents auto-completion. If an order has no revisions, there's no problem.

    Based on valuable feedback from our community, we have made several fixes and improvements to our availability feature. We want you to take vacations, and want them to be stress-free! These updates will ensure that changing  your availability status does not negatively impact your business or compromise your services and visibility on Fiverr. Read more here.

    According to the FAQs, it says the following: "Based on the new improvements, the unavailability feature will not necessarily have an impact on your Gig ranking. However, if the unavailability period runs over 30 days within a timeframe of 120 days, the Gig ranking might be affected."

    Based on what's written here, this means that if I go into "out of office/unavailable" mode for more than 30 days within a 120-day period, even if not consecutively, I risk losing my gig ranking. Does this also apply if, for example, I'm unavailable for an average of 2-3 days within a 7-day period because I'm managing numerous jobs, say 15 at a time? Projecting those 7 days over 120 days, I believe I would exceed the 30 day limit. So far, I've been working as described, setting myself as unavailable about one day every three days on average to avoid receiving new messages from new clients and to manage all the orders I have in the queue. However, using this calculation, I would accumulate more than 40 days of unavailability in about 120 days. Could this affect my gig ranking?

    Why am I not getting orders? 😔

    1. Because your profile sucks.

    2. See #1.

    That's it, plain & simple. 💕

    The following won't help:

    * Staying online

    * Buyer's request

    * Posting/crying/begging on forum

    --------------------------------------

    There are over 100 posts with tips on good profile and gigs from experienced sellers. Ignore the YouTube gurus ('cause it's crap) and the new sellers posting on this forum  to get recognized.

    -‐‐-----------------------------------------

    1.  Seller complaining on forum: "My English isn't good!"

    Buyer's interpretation: "I have a weakness and I'm too lazy to do anything about it so I'm just going to whine on the forum about how unfair life is to me."

    2. Seller: "I've sent over 100 Buyer's Request & still no orders."

    Buyer's interpretation: "I send canned responses without reading and my profile is so bad no one wants to buy from me. I'm just gonna complain on the forum about what a bad seller I am."

    3. Seller posting on forum: "Thank you for your valuable tips."

    Buyer's interpretation: "🙄 If you buy from me I'll have endless access to your inbox, therefore, I will spam you with multiple request for reviews, gratuity and more work.😑"

    I do not feel totally in agreement with you because I think that for expert users (Level 2 and Top Sellers), the gig rotation and the Fiverr algorithm have more effect than the presence of inaccurate profiles. Indeed, I feel that due to gig rotation, countless inaccurate profiles benefit from it. I want to explain myself better. I am a level 2 salesperson with 400+ positive reviews in the business planning segment. After 9 golden months of receiving an average of 2 orders a day, I find my gig at the bottom of the list despite not having received negative reviews or cancellations. I constantly see profiles with 5-6 reviews and 4.5 / 4.7 on the first and second page, which sometimes destabilizes me. I want to clarify that I improve my page, looking for the best keywords through the tools of my seller plus page, and I constantly promote my services on social networks, but the gig rotation completely ignores these operations.

  8. I am facing these exact same issues. Level two seller and nothing but 5 stars, and suddenly my gig disappeared to rock bottom for no reason, unpromotable and no new customers coming in.

    I would LOVE to hear if anyone has had a detailed answer, as I only get standard texts back from customer support. My profile is showing MANY technical quirks, messages unread, new massage appears but when I click it, nothing there, SEVEREAL conversations with people all stopping simultaneously and no more replies after, and worst of all; customers not seeing deliveries and being autocompleted.

    I really want help but it seems we’re not being heard.

    Exact situation here! They should resolve this issue or we risk a collision with our careers…

  9. This is probably the best article I have checked during the last 2 months. I have seen 200+ useless posts that quote “share your gig in the social media”. I think anyone of us applied this point with poor results. In my opinion, the “Promote your gig” bugged the gig rotation algorithm since I have noticed a lot of “4.7/4.8 rating” with “20/40” reviews in my main category even if I have 200 reviews with a 4.9 rating in my gig.
