Can't really give you the reason or the solution but I'm a top rated seller and am also struggling. Some people are still getting constant orders but I don't know what happened around two months ago now it's getting hard to get orders.

Yeah. I'm a top rated seller and my impressions and orders, even messages have all decreased. Using the promoted gigs feature isn't helping either.

Yeah, pretty downhill for me too since around two months ago. I'm also currently running Fiverr's promoted gigs feature but not much use. I used to get almost daily messages and orders but barely any now even with promoted gigs. Sad times.

The same goes for me. Used to get messages and orders daily. Now it can go to a week without anything. The last reviews I got are all 5 star ratings so that couldn't be the problem. I only didn't reply to one scam message a month or two ago and that dropped my response rate to 97% and it's been downhill ever since. I tried the promoted gigs feature and that didn't help. This really sucks.

Funny thing is I've been trying the promoted gigs feature for both of my gigs a few days now and their impressions actually went down. So I don't know what that feature is for as it clearly doesn't help.

I'm afraid the "always online" suggestion doesn't really work. I'm always online but my clicks, impressions, orders, and messages still went down.

Same with you here. Been on Fiverr since 2016, top rated seller with over 1.7k finished orders and 5 star rating average. Furthermore I have 1 hr response time, 100% everything else except my 97% response rate which is funny because it was only 1 message I ignored about a month ago because I thought it was spam while I responded to all other messages. Now it's been almost a month since my gigs stopped performing like they used to. Only 1 repeat order and almost no messages, contrast to months ago when I used to still get constant messages with new and repeat orders alike. Years ago I can almost always find my top performing gig on the first page, now I don't even dare looking for my gigs on search. I don't know what went wrong although it all coincidentally started going down hill since the 97% response rate popped up. I'm not saying that's the cause but it would be a silly punishment if it was.

Pretty much the same thing happened to me. I got the Top Rated badge and I thought it would come with benefits, more exposure and whatnot. I also tried the promoted gigs feature like you did and since then less and less new people come to message me. I used to get daily messages, now it can be days without one. And when they come, many ask for services I don't even provide. My response rate, delivery on time, order completion are almost always 100%. I have finished 1700+ orders and have an average of 5 star rating but for some reason I'm getting less and less noticed. I checked other similar gigs (in terms of service, rating, price, and completed orders) and they have numerous "orders in queue" so what happened to my gig? I know I can even provide better service than many of them. So is using the promoted gigs feature somehow messes up the algorithm or something like if you stop using it your gig just gets tossed away to the 20th search page?
