Have you lowered your cpc? If you do, an optimizacion of your gig, plans, images and marketing in general might help. GL

You must meet some criteria to be able to enter cash advance, maybe you have something less compared to that date, is not easy to know what (fiverr doesnt tell openly what are the requirements, and actually are changing too), maybe your level, your cash genereted by month, or something else, just try to figure out what is the difference in your account now, and try to reach that numbers from that date when you get the offer.

Here's just a tip for newbies, messages that are flagged as "spam" by Fiverr, are not always really spam. I got two cases now, that was real buyers, wich i decided to worked with and everthing goes great, even with mutual 5 stars rates. I guess Fiverr just flagged like spam to anyone who sends the same message to many sellers, but that doesn't make you neccesary an spammer. My advice is to verify the profile of the buyer. If he have some recent good rates, is most probably not an spammer. I neither don't like that fiverr doesn't show me these messages in the desktop (they automatically sent to spam trash and delete the notification), i've only noticed their existance trough the alerts in the app; if i hadn't, i might have lost some good chances of work. Nice day.

I just noticed that Fiverr offers me the possibility to transfer funds to my Paypal account in my local currency (mxn); I've never liked Paypal that their conversion rates are lower than the market average, I wonder if converting from fiverr to my local currency is a more convenient deal, does anyone know? I was pretty happy with the promoted gigs function, until yesterday that get a message from fiverr saying that my gigs weren’t able anymore for this feature, because “falls short of other gigs quality”… looking for more info about this, understand that this is a very tricky topic, not as clear and transparent as how to increase a level; and i understand that might be commercial interest in the company to hide this, but i wonder, if many of us, the sellers, share their experience about, could be built an approach, of what is really needed to be able to this function.
