I just had an order finish where the client didn't respond after I sent the work so it just sat there until it automatically closed. So they never wrote a review for the order. Now I just noticed my overall rating is 4.8 when it's been 4.9 for years. Does not reviewing/letting the order close affect my rating? Ratings are everything on Fiverr.

I don't even see the option to read my last customers review then review them like I have after every order for the last ten years. Did they remove that or something or am I just blind?
