How To Cancel A Gig If Buyer Doesn't Respond?

Hey Everyone,

A while back I had a Gig that I specifically told the buyer not to buy in private messages and he still went on and bought the gig even though I didn’t offer the service.

I then went to cancel the order however the buyer didn’t respond.

What happens in this situation? Does it go to a negative rating even though it isn’t your fault at all?
