I think a buyer just stole my gig

A buyer ordered my gig and I delivered. One day after, he came back saying it wasn’t what he was looking for and I should give him a refund. My gig works perfectly but the buyer said he didn’t like it. I don’t want to give him a refund because it means he just took my gig for free. WHAT SHOULD I DO??? 😦

That’s an unfortunate situation. I wonder however if you could possibly have him/her communicate to you what exactly could be done to assist. Failing that you should contact customer support immediately.
