Pause Order Delivery Time

Hey guys,

Due to changing the requirement, the client asks me to stop development a day before delivery time. Please suggest me what I need to do to stop delivery time counter or how can I change the order status.

You can’t pause it but at the top right, you can click RESOLVE, click on I CANNOT COMPLETE DUE TO PERSONAL/TECHNICAL REASONS, then click on EXTEND DELIVERY DATE. Your client will have to agree to extend as well
