Buyer of my gig has transaction status pending

A buyer of my gig told me, he did order the gig. But I never received his order.

He showed me his transaction response by fiverr.

But it has Status - Pending



What do you think is the problem? And how can I solve it?

Do you have any notifications that an order has been made?



Because he may have not submitted the instructions for it; therefore he has to submit the instructions onto the order GIG page and then it will become active.
