kim_talented
You got a buyer who seems to be new to Fiverr and contacts you to request a job. They state the job is urgent and need it in 24hrs. You advise them to book the gig, selecting your ‘Extra Fast’ extra. They end up somehow booking two gigs. One is for $5 which a note which says “as requested”. The other is for $5 + $10 for Extra Fast delivery, total $15 which lists details of their project. It would appear the buyer made a mistake by ordering two gigs. Perhaps, the Extra Fast concept made them confused.Do you ask for Mutual Cancellation on the $5 gig?Or, do you deliver on both with the hope it goes through?Has this happened to you?Kim
anarchofighter
This happened just the other day.I delivered on both the gigs. I said, while the on gig for $15 covered this, if you were meaning to tip in advance, I thank you for that. If you would like the $5 returned to you, let me know.Buyer put stellar feedback on my gig twice … w00t.

anarchofighter
As a sidebar comment, I think a number of people would rather let $5 go than admit they made a mistake or to admit they didn’t understand. The only real risk is their blaming YOU for not being clear 😉 LOL something they will do for his/her $

princemaxx
This happened to me on my very first order, the buyer bought a wrong gig but the buyer said he’s willing to buy 2 gigs since the order was big.

magisworks
Hasn’t happened to me yet. But I would ask the buyer if he/she made a mistake by ordering the gig twice.
