Why no Level up?

Hello, I’ve been a member for over the 30 days and sold more the 10 orders. Where’s my next level?

Give it about 3-5 days. It doesn’t happen instantly. Took about 5 days after my 30 day mark to level up.



If you have had warnings against your account, it could prevent you from leveling up.



Also, if you have a large number of cancellations, that could hurt you, as well.



Lastly, if it’s been about a week past the 30 day mark, contact Customer Support.

It should happen pretty quickly after your thirty days, as long as you haven’t had any problems with feedback.



As mrspanda says contact customer support if it isn’t happening after the week.

I did have some orders that were canceled only because I couldn’t do what the customer wanted, but it was mutually accepted.
