Contacting buyer after completed sale

I have a buyer who asked a question after order marked completed and delivered and when I use the contact link my message turn into a shared gig pic and my message disappears. How do I contact buyer to answer question?

I did that but on my end my message disappears and turns to a banner with my gig within a few seconds after sending. I did hear back and he got my messages. I just can’t see them on my end. This seems a strange thing for Fiverr to do, not let a seller see messages they send to a buyer.
