Seller is not ready to sell me the gig

Seller is not ready to sell me his gig to promote / advertise my website. Seller told me:

“It’s a site that may conflict with interest for fiverr and will not be advertising it.”

However, my website is a service providing company website. Initially the seller was ready but suddenly changed the mind. My website is not an adult or entertainment website. Please advice for the next step. After few chains of emails now I am not able to contact the seller. Please advice.

Thanks. This is what I have done. However, my main concern is to find out why seller was ready to sell first and then suddenly said no. Why is he misusing his popularity on fiverr?

I completely agree with you. I have not right to force anyone however my main concern is that seller is giving wrong information to the buyer. initially, he told me that it can be done. When I asked him a question he replied:

“It’s a site that may conflict with interest for fiverr and will not be advertising it.”

This is wrong information. Any place where I can complain about the seller.
