Sellers Cancelling Orders

I would like to know the reason a seller would cancel and order. A seller was highly recommended to me and after some of the service I received, I was excited to work with her, but she didn’t respond well at all. Just looking for some feedback. I’m new to Fiverr, so maybe I did something wrong. I attached a copy of the conversation.

I recently had to cancel a ton of orders due to illness, however, I also cancel orders almost every week due to some orders simply not being possible for me to complete. Looking at your screenshot, it seems that your seller didn’t feel that they could complete the work you needed and since this is the case, all you can do is look for another seller who can.

Just make sure to contact sellers prior to ordering to see if they are able to do the work which you need doing and you should be fine.
