Regarding Indian Bank Transfer through Payoneer

Hi,
I am an Indian and just set up my withdrawal option as BANK TRANSFER which took me to Payoneer and and successfully registered and approved.

But for every withdrawal, it will charge me $3 plus 2%

My question here is -

I do not want it to auto transfer every time as to prevent $3 deduction… Rather i want it to manually decide every time i want to transfer so that i can accumulate some fund before transferring which will save my $3 of multiple withdrawals and i also need bucks to order gigs for other services which i want from others for myself.

So any Indian who is using payoneer bank transfer here - please confirm if it auto-transfer and i need to do some settings to convert it to manual transfer? Or it’s by default manual transfer?
