Is this very bad for my gig?

I have completed 3 order and got 2 reviews. One is 5 star and another is 4.5. After that 4.5 rating I am not getting any direct offer.

What can I do now ?

You have 3 orders in queue. In this case, I’d go all out to over deliver on these. Give these three buyers phenomenal service, make sure that they are 100% happy with your work and ask them if they would be so kind as to rate how they feel your service was when the work is complete. - Don’t ask for a five star review, just really put your oar in and you’ll be fine.
