Turn off automated prompts for custom quotes

Turn off automated prompts for custom quotes. This feels like a given but it has almost offended a few buyers when they buy something in a quote, then my automated prompt tells them that this isn’t the case. I started doing this for mostly my content writing to make sure that just in case they didn’t read the order what the word counts were for a standard order. So when they order even custom quotes, that automated prompt chimes in telling them something else. Either that, or have the ability to set specific prompts for quotes only would be nice. I feel the workaround now would be for me to add more details specifically saying “if you ordered an extra disregard this” which I guess works, but I feel it would be better to have custom prompts or just turn them all off in general when a custom quote is made.
