towerc
I have been a member of Fiverr for almost 5 years. Having recently returned after a long hiatus I can Certainly see a lot of things have changed.I’m just wondering what the etiquette is for the Buyer Request Section? I reached out to a request from someone today. Just wondering how I should proceed. Should I send a proof before my gig is ordered? Do I kindly ask them to order before I look further into their request? Thanks,Towerc
corsara
It depends what they are requesting. I suggest you send them a gig and a description of your pricing, process and timeframe and ask them to purchase or discuss further depending on if it is what they are looking for. 🙂
magellon
When you respond to a request you have the possibility to post a few words and cost of your service. The possible buyer can then check your profile and full Gig´s description. If at all interested but not sure, he/she can ask questions and maybe proofs. This is why your Gig´s description should be very clear and complete to avoid misunderstandings and eventual poor reviews and/or request for refund. psychicbunny
if you feel your gig may satisfy the need of the buyer, you may just send them an offer and see if they feel you are best suited for the job. Hope this helps!
