That’s a tough situation as a seller. I believe you may initiate the cancellation with the option “Buyer is not responding”. This shouldn’t hurt. Though I’m not totally sure and any clarification from customer support will be great.

I’ve tried locating the quote you mentioned in the resolution center, with no luck.

I have an order that has not started yet, as the buyer has not provided the required information.

While the order status is marked as incomplete, there is still a countdown in my sales page. As I am a new seller, in no way do I want this to affect my ratings.

I would like to cancel the order in the manner you stated, so please, could you post the direct link to where I can do that?

Or has the policy changed at some point between January and now?
