Option to choose the thumbnail of our gig video

Seeing the number of impressions dropping, I uploaded a video for my primary gig but the lousy thumbnail selected by Fiverr just made it look awful. So, as Fiverr doesn’t allow me to select MY thumbnail in MY own video, I have now removed the video and I won’t be uploading one again until Fiverr finds a way to manage this.



If India can get a rocket ship to Mars, surely its not beyond the wit of Fiverr to provide a technical solution to selecting one frame from the video to use as a thumbnail.



Its like Fiverr is in a permanent war with its customers and this lack of trust is really painfully obvious. They seem to have forgotten that sellers are customers too.
