I really like the timer of Fiverr for the first contact with a buyer.

What would be ideal is have a smaller version after you contacted the buyer to see who wrote last and how long ago, whether it is the buyer or seller. Therefore either of them know how much time do they actually take to answer from one to another. But this should not be part of your profile Response rate.
When you have a list of hundreds of messages, It is hard to find out who wrote last and how long ago. It is hard to keep track.
