Just click sign-in whilst logged into the main fiverr site. You can submit a ticket under different categories.

Please don’t hijack other people’s posts. In the meantime, you can contact support at support@fiverr.com but I wouldn’t recommend it. Email is a much slower and less effective method since you don’t get a ticket number to track. Going to fiverr.com/support and clicking Submit a Ticket in the upper right corner is a much better plan and you should get a response in or before 7 days or so.
