I am new here, hope expert will help me. Today I have withdrawn my balance from Fiverr to PayPal, but I refunded from PayPal to Fiverr by mistake. Now my question is will it back to my Fiverr account?

If I remember correctly, you will not get this back in the fiverr revenues. You can try to contact the support and see if they offer any resolution.
