My ACTIVE BUYER REQUESTS was not updated even 1 day passed

Yes Same problem here. I thought that level 2 buyers may have the update but it seems like the problem is on fiverr side

Posting this on the forum is good, but I would also suggest submitting tickets to Customer Support once a problem goes more than a day or two without resolution. The forum is more for peer to peer discussion and staff doesn’t see every post.
