Can't buy gigs - I keep getting the red cross 'Refer to seller' message

Hi there,



I’m new here but keep getting this message - I bought two gigs, then tried to buy three or four more, and each purchase was rejected.



I’ve tried two cards and neither will work.



Can anybody tell me how to fix this?



Do Fiverr need to unblock my account, or something like that?
