IMP Views all not working

I have a question from my fellow friend if u are facing the same trouble



I have observed that my IMP views clicks are all the same and not increasing at all, i was taking to one other counter part on fiverr and he said its the same issue confirming from another person and we are not getting orders too. I was wondering if its the same general issue every one is facing over all ?
